We are pleased to invite you to join us for the Launch Dinner of the Australia Chapter of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management, proudly sponsored by Thales and strategic risk specialists, Risk 2 Solution.
The threats we face on a global scale can no longer be seen in terms of national jurisdictions, boundaries or responses. ISRM is dedicated to creating and supporting an environment wherein senior practitioners, academics and policy-makers can discuss emerging and topical issues around the global threats.
With chapters in the UAE, APAC (Singapore, with sub-Chapters in Indonesia and Philippines) and India, we are proud to now add the Australia Chapter to that list. The ISRM Australian Chapter launch will take place at the PSG (Protective Security in Government) conference on the 29th of October 2019. The PSG 2019’s theme is focused on aspects related to building and maintaining a robust security and risk culture, something ISRM is passionate about.
With Jason Brown elected as Chapter Chair, the ISRM Australia Chapter will aim to contribute both to the internal discussions within Australia and the wider region, and also use its expertise and influence to contribute on a global level – to both dialogue and the solutions development that will be so critical in the coming years.
ISRM prides itself in bringing value to the of strategic risk management and is dedicated to becoming genuine partners with other relevant organisations, experts and executives.
We would like to sincerely thank Risk 2 Solution CEO Dr Gavriel Schneider, for facilitating ISRM founder, Dr David Ruben’s trip to Australia, and to Thales National Security Director Jason Brown, who has agreed to be Chapter Chair.
We look forward to discovering new friends and partners in Australia, and in turn learning from the experience and insight that is embodied in the Australian strategic risk and crisis management community.
