Erica Mills has almost 20 years’ experience working in government protective security with a focus on physical security, occupational violence and aggression in customer service environments. She currently leads a team responsible for managing the security components of Services Australia’s face to face service delivery modernisation strategy.

Erica has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Otago (NZ) and a Graduate Certificate in Security Management from Edith Cowan University.
