Adam has held executive-level positions in major global events, including the Olympic Games, where he focused on risk mitigation and organisational preparedness. With a proven track record in managing programs exceeding $40 million and leading teams larger than 3,000 individuals, Adam excels in fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Currently, Adam serves as the Senior Director of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management at Venues Canberra, ACT Government. His role involves ensuring the safety and security of key venues such as GIO Stadium, Manuka Oval, and Exhibition Park through strategic and operational procedure development within an all-hazards resilience framework. Adam has also provided strategic advisory services for the International Olympic Committee and held key positions at Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games, and other prestigious organisations.
