Huon Curtis

Huon leads the Health Cyber Sharing Network (HCSN) Pilot, a national initiative (2025-2027) established by CI-ISAC Australia and funded by the Department of Home Affairs to address critical cybersecurity gaps in the healthcare sector. During his time at ANU, he led the Extreme Events and Future Scenarios Research Cluster and the development of Australia’s Telecommunications Resilience Profile. He has consulted globally for the UNIDO and OECD, designed a cybersecurity workforce strategy for Indigenous candidates for the Department of Defence while at ASPI, and holds a PhD in International Political Economy from the University of Sydney.

The PSG Conference aims to highlight the importance of working together across sectors and specialisations to address emerging challenges and enhance our nation’s security posture.
