Substitution & Cancellation Policy

If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.
Please advise substitutions via email and update the attendee details via our ticketing platform so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.
Places at the PSG Conference cannot be shared.

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written request is received.

Refunds are subject to a deduction of a AUD $50 processing fee.

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 100% refund
• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the event: 90% refund
• Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the event: 80% refund
• Cancellation 14 days or less before the event: No refund

Sponsorship Refunds

If the refund request relates to a sponsorship (general or event-specific), a full refund may be provided only if:

• You or your business have received no advertising or promotion through any of our channels (including social media, print media, or digital communications), and
• We have not incurred any expense in relation to the sponsorship arrangement.

Each sponsorship refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
