Substitutions

If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.

Please advise substitutions via email and update the attendee details via our ticketing platform so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.

Please note — places at the PSG Conference cannot be shared.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written request is received.

$50 AUD processing fee deducted from all refunds, then issued per the schedule below.

All refund percentages apply to the ticket value after the $50 AUD processing fee has been deducted.

All sponsors acknowledge that participation in the PSG Conference 2026 implies certain responsibilities. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ASRC — Australian Security Research Centre (ABN 91 128 669 554) and sponsors of the PSG Conference.

1.Sponsorship Offer and Acceptance

By submitting a completed sponsorship application form, the sponsor makes an offer to ASRC to participate in the PSG Conference 2026. Acceptance of the offer will be confirmed in writing by ASRC and constitutes a binding agreement subject to these terms and conditions.

2.Sponsorship Fee and Payment Terms

Upon acceptance, ASRC will issue a tax invoice for the agreed sponsorship package. Payment terms:

  • 50% deposit within 14 days of invoice.
  • 50% balance by 31 August 2026.
  • Offers received after 1 September 2026 must be paid in full upon acceptance.

3.Termination by ASRC

ASRC may terminate the agreement:

  • At its discretion, with a full refund of any paid sponsorship fees.
  • Immediately, if:
    • Payment is not received within 14 days of invoice.
    • The sponsor breaches the agreement and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice.
    • The sponsor brings ASRC or the PSG Conference into disrepute.
    • The sponsor ceases to trade.

4.Termination by Sponsor

Sponsors may terminate the agreement by written notice if:

  • ASRC breaches the agreement and fails to remedy within 14 days.
  • ASRC ceases to trade.

5.Refunds for Sponsor-Initiated Termination

Refunds will be issued based on notice period:

  • 91+ days before event — 75% refund.
  • 31–90 days before event — 50% refund.
  • 0–30 days before event — no refund.

ASRC may, at its discretion, refund a higher amount if a replacement sponsor is secured.

6.Changes and Event Modifications

ASRC reserves the right to:

  • Modify booth allocations, program content, speakers, and schedule.
  • Change the format (for example, in-person to online) if necessary.

Sponsors will be notified of material changes.

7.Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors must:

  • Notify ASRC of any changes to participation.
  • Meet all deadlines for deliverables (for example, signage, registrations).
  • Comply with all reasonable instructions from ASRC and the venue, including health and safety, insurance, and ethical conduct.

8.Insurance

Sponsors must hold Public Liability Insurance of at least AUD $10 million. Proof of coverage must be provided upon request.

9.Risk and Liability

Attendance is at the sponsor's own risk. ASRC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by sponsors, except as required by law.

10.Indemnity

Each party indemnifies the other for any injury, death, or property damage caused by its personnel or agents.

11.Privacy

ASRC will comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not disclose personal information without consent. By registering, sponsors consent to ASRC sharing their name and company details with other sponsors and exhibitors.

12.Event Postponement or Cancellation

If the event is postponed, ASRC will aim to reschedule within 12 months. Paid fees will be retained for the rescheduled event. If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund. ASRC is not liable for any additional costs incurred by sponsors (for example, travel).

Privacy Terms

By booking into one of our events, you give your consent to PSG Conference to share your details with sponsors or exhibitors containing your name and company.
