PSG Conference Refund Policy
If the Client wishes to cancel a Booking, such cancellations must be advised to the Protective Security in Government event organiser in writing at [email protected] We would also advise in the first instance verbally, followed by written notice of cancellation. Cancellation shall be effective, final and binding on the Working Day on which Protective Security in Government receives written notice of cancellation (the “Cancellation Date”). Any notice of cancellation received out of the hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday shall be deemed made on the Next Working Day. Any postponement of any Event shall be considered as a cancellation.
If the Client cancels a Booking, Protective Security in Government will charge a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee shall be a percentage of the charges payable in respect of the ticket price, according to the number of clear days (that is not counting the Cancellation Date and the day of the Event) between the Cancellation Date and the date of the Event (the “Cancellation Notice”), as set out below. If the Booking is cancelled less than 3 Working Days before the Event, Protective Security in Government is entitled to charge accordingly as per the Cancellation and Postponement Policy outlined below.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy
*Please note that refunds and or fees will be distributed or taken from the same card used for initial payment and that your usual bank and or credit card fees by your provider may occur. Please speak to one of our event staff at [email protected] if this is an issue.
Protective Security in Government conference tickets are transferable. Should you no longer be able to attend, someone else from your organisation can attend on your behalf, we do require that you to let us know the details of who will be attending in your place by phone and or email, so we can adjust name tags and any welcome packs.
