REFUND POLICY

Substitution & cancellation policy

  • If, after booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. 
  • Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.
  • Places at the PSG Conference cannot be shared.
 

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be in writing to [email protected]. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

  • Refunds are subject to a deduction of a AUD $50 processing fee
  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the event: 90% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 80% refund
  • Cancellation 14 days or less, no refund

By booking into one of our events, you give your consent to PSG Conference to share your details with sponsors or exhibitors containing your name and company.
